Terms & Conditions mpored — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Member

In this mpored Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register for and use mpored's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident living in Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not on the exclusion list for gambling in Malaysia.
• Does not hold any other active mpored account (each individual is permitted one account only).

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. mpored reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a MyKad or passport to verify your registration details. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.

Each mpored member is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Owning more than one account under the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or any other details — is a violation of mpored's Terms & Conditions and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without any refund of funds.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. mpored recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password for your mpored account.
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify mpored immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

All financial transactions on the mpored platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). mpored does not accept any foreign currency for any financial dealings on the platform.

Accepted Deposit Methods

Mpored accepts the following Malaysian payment methods only:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — Real-time payouts, instant deposits.
• DuitNow — Instant transfer via phone number or DuitNow ID.
• GrabPay — Via a verified GrabPay app.
• Boost — Via an active Boost Malaysia app.
• ShopeePay — Via a valid ShopeePay account.
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank & others) — Direct transfer from a Malaysian bank account.

The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. mpored does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit ("Same Method Principle").
• Mpored will process withdrawal requests within 2 to 5 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and up to 1 business day for bank transfers.
• Mpored reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.

Mpored offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in each promotion's terms. The general terms applicable to all mpored bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash before the wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus wagering requirements vary — please refer to the specific terms of each promotion.
• Mpored reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted in error or as a result of system abuse.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Bonus expiry dates (where applicable) are as stated in each promotion's terms.

Mpored offers a wide range of betting options including sports (Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton), e-sports (MLBB, DOTA2, CS2), Live Casino, poker, table games, cricket, and lottery. The general betting rules at mpored are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the mpored system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except via the Cash Out feature (where available).
• Mpored reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error, odds error, or other exceptional circumstances.
• The minimum bet is RM 1 for single bets and RM 5 for parlay bets.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport type, market, and member account status.
• Bet outcomes are determined based on official results published by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a postponed or cancelled match, sport-specific rules apply as outlined in the mpored betting guide.

All bets are processed using decimal format odds. The odds displayed reflect the current odds at the time the bet is placed and may differ from those shown previously.

To maintain a fair and secure environment for all members, mpored strictly prohibits the following actions:

• The use of automated software, bots, or any technological tools to manipulate games or bets.
• Any attempt to exploit software glitches, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities.
• Hacking, cyberattacks, or any unauthorised access attempts on mpored's systems.
• Collusion between players to cheat in poker or any other game involving player-versus-player competition.
• Money laundering or the use of funds from unlawful sources.
• Registering an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse through multiple account registrations or other means.

Mpored is committed to protecting the personal data of all its members in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The collection and use of your personal data by mpored is as set out in our Privacy Policy.

In summary, mpored collects your personal information for the following purposes:

• Verification of member identity and eligibility.
• Processing financial transactions for deposits and withdrawals.
• Communications relating to your account, promotions, and services.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Fraud prevention and platform protection.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, mpored shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond mpored's control.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity or device failures on the member's end.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the member's own negligence in safeguarding their account.

An mpored account may be closed in two ways — by the member (voluntary closure) or by mpored (forced termination).

Voluntary Closure by Member: You may close your mpored account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any valid remaining balance will be refunded.

Forced Termination by mpored: mpored reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Identity fraud or providing false information during registration.
• A legal action or court order requiring termination.
• Activity suspected to be related to money laundering.

Mpored is committed to responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help members manage their betting activity. As part of this commitment, mpored offers:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Loss Limit: Set a loss limit that the system will not allow to be exceeded.
• Time Limit: Set a daily session time limit to prevent excessive play.
• Account Pause: Take a break from the platform for a duration of your choice — from 24 hours to a longer period.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent self-exclusion option for members who need help managing problem gambling.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the mpored platform will be resolved through the following process:

1. Direct Settlement: Members are encouraged to contact the mpored support team first to resolve any disputes directly.
2. Negotiation: If direct settlement is unsuccessful, both parties agree to enter into negotiations within 30 days.
3. Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable regulations in Malaysia.

By using the mpored platform, you agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any related legal proceedings shall be in Malaysia.
